A birth doula supports a couple emotionally and physically throught their pregnancy and birth. We are qualified birth professionals that will help you feel prepared, and not scared to bring your baby into the world, no matter which way you choose is right for you and your family.
We are trained in natural pain relief. Many say they won't get through labor without something to take the edge off! Well hire a doula! We come with no risks or long term negative side effects :D

We also help you make informed decisions all throughout your pregnancy and birth, which will empower you to have a positive birth experience.

Carina also offers birth preperation workshops, as well as a 4th trimester preperation workshop. By attending, you will understand the process of a natural and surgical birth, be prepared, and ready!

Our 4th trimester preperation workshop teaches all about breastfeeding, how to change a nappy, how to bath a baby, how to swaddle a baby, about babywearing and the benefits and risks, and so much more!
